Healing Souls does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Healing Souls is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
